Got this reciepe years ago and it hasen't failed me yet,you can use crawfish or shrimp,fresh or frozen.
This is made with the 1 to 1 method
1 stick of butter
1 onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can rotel tomatoes drained
1 lb crawfish tails or shrimp

Melt butter in skillet or pot depending how much you are going to make,add onion & pepper and saute' untill tender add soup & tomatoes and stir untill blended when the soup & tomatoes are heated add crawfish or shrimp and let simmer untill they or done or heated thru if tails are already cooked season to taste & serve over coonass popcorn(rice)enjoy
