The new bridges on Belton Lake have no supports between them. The old one only had a support at water level. How would you fish these or would you?

*If you have a transducer on your trolling motor, check the depth of the fish and try vertical fishing.

*I am also having a lot on success slow trolling (very slow) by the pillars right know.

*If you get a chance drop some brush beside the pillars.

*Be sure and check between all the pillars. Some bridges have the supports in the center of the bridge only. A bridge on one of the lakes I fish only has the supports on the the north bound side.

*pay attention to where the shade is and where the fish are biting with respect to it. This can make a huge differnce any time of the year but especially right know and in the fall.

*Catch the aggressive fish. When the bite stops or the fish get small, move on. You will catch more fish and you will learn more about the bridge and the bite pattern.

Good Luck,
Rodney
