After a long thought process, i have decide to call it quits. I have cut back to just guiding on the weekends, but with my 10 yr old daughter in dance,gymnastics,drama club, and a few others And my 12 yr old son with the sports on the weekends, not to mention my 16 yr old son with all of his weekend things going on. I have decided to back off of the business and spend quality time with my children that i cant make up down the road. I can fish anytime, but the children only grow up once. Not to mention the loving wife that has stood by me through this missing alot of family things. I do want to thank all my repeat and new customers, and the bait/product makers that have helped me out. That will not go un-noted at all. Cant thank you guys enough.I also have 21 yr old son that just wants to fish! Here lately i havent had time.The deal breaker came this morning when my 10 yr old daughter asked me.Daddy, when are you gonna have time to take me fishing. WOW!! What a wake up call Again i wanna say thanks to everyone who has helped me through this journey and to the customers.This will give me family time and also time to consatrate on the TSA and the TSBHA tourneys.

Untill i come back around to guiding.You have a couple very capable guides for Lake Benbrook........Randy Wood that just started back, and also Mike Acosta. These guys will get you on the big fish and are good guys also.

Sorry to hear this, but it sounds like you have your priorties in place. Nothing says that you can't get back into it later down the road

No equipment is or will be for sale, the extra equipment i dont need will be donated to a kids outdoors program somewhere

As someone who has fished with you, I know the kind of man you are. The time goes by fast and you can't replace those moments. I appreciate all the tips and advice you have given me, and I wish you and your family nothing but the best.

Sorry to hear that you will not be guiding but agree that family should never be second.
