Used to eat grilled shark years ago. The marinade went something like this. Olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, S&P,a small amount of worsecestor. Marinate 5-6 hrs. I never could get the kingfish to taste right. The grilled shark was O.K.

something simple for the kingfish is to boil it with crab boil
sounds simple but tastes pretty good
