Just curious who all hunts.

I hunt everything personally. Maybe the only thing I love more than fly fishing is a deer or pig in my scope.

I gave it up after one too many days of sitting in a stand while squirrels laughed at me.

Whitetail deer, feral hogs, every varmint, dove, trying turkey maybe this next season, rabbits.

I want to take a "Cast and blast" trip to Colorado for cut throats and grouse so bad I can't stand it.

Why, of course! That's how I collect a bunch of my tying material smile

Plus if you're a wildlife biologist and don't hunt, people look at you funny.

Weeeeeell -
All upland and migratory game birds found in the Central Flyway, plus those maddening turkeys.
All small game mammals found in said area (including varmints)
Deer constitute the biggest game I have killed, but elk are perhaps on the horizon. Which is generally you find elk, I've heard.

Kansas and Texas are my main areas of operation, although I did quite a bit of duck and goose hunting in Arkansas when I lived there.

I have not shot anything in a while but a good pheasant hunt would be nice. . .

It's more than the catfish would do.

Yeah, I hunt. But fishing is my thing. I have a younger brother, named Miller. We call him Killer. I am the fisherman, who hunts. He is the Hunter-Killer with a love for guns, that fishes every once in a while. We hunt deer, doves, turkey, rabbits, hogs, etc... Just got to figure out how to harvest and preserve the skin / hides / feathers for fly tying.

Sounds like we got all game covered.

Personally I go after whitetail, muleys, elk, hogs, coyotes/bobcats.

Not too much into bird hunting. But been quail and dove hunting about 4-5 times each.

A couple of good dogs in a good area there isnt much better than pheasant hunting when it comes to birds.

I looooove me a good dove hunt. Or teal. Such a challenge when the birds are kicking on the afterburners.

I have been hanging around in the area just west of San Antonio and there are doves Everywhere. It's been making me twitchy.
