I have had a lot of success with lake fork magic shad(the smaller size) on specks and reds. I've used a variety of shad imitation plastice swim baits with success as well. Gulp shrimp are very good as well, and can be fished like live bait.

Devil Eyes and Flats minnows.
The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.

Rapala Skitterwalk in the following colors: black back, silver belly baby trout blue back, pearl belly baby trout red head, bone body chartreusse head, black body any mullet or menhaden looking colors
I've also had good luck on spinner baits with chartruesse skirts and silver spoons in murky water
