 live shrimp in West Bay???

We are going down to galveston soon and we usually buy live shrimp at the Pirates Cove marina near the state park. Does anyone know if this bait camp is still open?

I recently hurd that the 61st bait stand is back up and running. that is all i know of right now. (none on the east side at least).
