Having a friend coming down wants to stay around tawakoni or cooper...in a cabin...anybody know of some nice places...

Anchor Inn Marina in West Tawakoni has some nice places from single rooms to full blown cabins and trailer houses for rent.

www.cottageonlaketawakoni.com 903-560-0888 Trent/Stripaholic recommends it to his customers, I pickedup a group there last week there and was really impressed. Right on the water and has a nice covered dock with fish cleaning station. Another great place to stay is right across from Holiday Marina at Shoestrings B&B. Patty will get up and make you an awesme breakfast before daylight there too! Not really cabins, but a great place for fishermen.

Stayed here a few times. Nice place with a private ramp when the water is up or the State Park is just around the corner. http://www.the-lakeplace.com/
