Is there anyone shooting jigs in the marina's on these two? If so what's the news? Good,bad, so-so? Any Info? Christmas break is here and a fishing I will go! Merry Christmas! Slow

Paul caught some monsters last week on Ray Bob trolling in deep water. He had one that went nearly 2.50#. All on minnows and none on brush.

Got back from Texoma with 22 keepers. Ticket was a white whistler jig w/berkely power minnow. Biggest was 1.5. Jerry thanks for responding. I wanted to go to RR today but thought I could get out of the wind better on Texoma. Would love to here more about your trolling methods though. I just committed to shooting today! Lot of work, but had a great time!

I see where Texoma has a daily bag limit (in combination) of 37 for crappie. This means there's a heck of a lot of them OR they're harder than heck to catch. Any truth to one or the other?
I would also think that by using deep water trolling tactics on Texoma, you might stand a good chance to catch a walleye once in a blue moon? Or a pig smallie....

caught two monster crappie the biggest ive ever caught lst spring throwing a chartruse road runner at the shad the stripers were pushing up. all the while bass fishing
