back in 2001-2004 it was $0.65 a bale. Made alot of money those summers. In '04 we all pitched in and bought a hay lift, the one that hooks on the side of the trailer. We thought we were sh!**ng in high cotton then!

why round bale it to just leave it in the field to rot ?
Fortunately , I was the one who cut and raked. I was rarely on the hauling crew. man those were long days... My dad started round baling the day I went to college.

.03 cents a bale on the old Circle K ranch South of Arlington in the...well forget how long ago it was. Our football coach had it all lined up for the linemen to work each spring, summer and fall bucking bales that is if we wanted to play the next season.

At least my boat and truck are paid for, woo hoo!

Running around money? That is how I bought my first car. 3 Cents a bale and then 5 Cents.

I made lots of money through junior high ang high school hauling hay. Its also the best work out to get you in shape for football. I had lots of my friends (city kids) quit me after the first load! The Good Ole Days!
