Hey guys,
Thinking about going surf fishing in galveston/surfside area on saturday. How's the fishing been this week/lately. Think it's worth the trip from Houston? Thanks so much in advance for ANY advice given!!!

go to seawolf park at night and fish from the lighted pier tons of fish i used mullet and live shrimp went last night we wade fished for a few hours before sundown and caught 17 spanish macks on red and white rattle traps got them at accademy on the island here we also fished the jetties off the sea wall but just caught a gafftop good luck

Let us know how the water is on the beach. Will be there Monday. Guess it really doesnt matter since I'm going no matter how the water is. Might drive a little faster if the conditions are favorable.

Looks like the air temps are going to be better.
