Ive used nibbles and panfish bites, but not for crappie as of yet. Ive always used minnows or Jigs for them. Actually I use the nibbles/bites in a pond that yeilds quick hard hits from Channels and Bullheads.

Yea, don't have to warsh my hands, or use anything to block the human smell. It is pouring through my veins! Good attractant! Wife is even getting used to it. George

I always have a jar lying around, and I usually put some on the hook when the bite slows down, just to show them something different. Personally I have never caught crappie on the nibbles alone. Caught a few trout with them though.
