Me, Gray Ghost and my 2 son's went out at 5:30am out of alberta creek, we managed to get 1 dz 4" shad and headed for north Island. After making it half we got beat down by waves. we turned around and headed for washita we found them schooling on the way back and caught 1 limit and after that all we found were schools of dinks. It was fun letting my kids hook up with 8-10" stiper this was their 1st time out.Biggest fish was 23" at 9 lbs. We did manage 2 limits most of them on Cohoes and slabs burned about 25 ft down. Thanks Gray Ghost for the hook up and will look forward to late Oct/Nov for the fall bite

Thats Great! I love to see those kids catch fish and I love burning those cohoes.

Great fun. we headed out last night with the kids. My son is already asking if we're heading back up tonight.
I told him that as late as we got home, and me being up at 5AM (4 hrs sleep) we would try on Thursday, so I can catch up on sleep tonight.
