Just FYI there are lots of CC offshore boats with that much power.. It's all about being able to get 60 miles out and back in a hurry.. They are know where near as fast as you would think..

guys that boat goes no where near as fast as you think it would. that boat is very heavy. My buddy on the coast of louisiana has 3-275 merc verados on the back of a catamaran.......really not that fast, just faster than most or alll boats like it

Would you guys quit making fun of my boat? I am planning on taking it to Tawakoni next time the wind is blowing 40mph. I should have the lake to myself. With 900 hp on the back I may even be able to keep my nose into the wind with the 10 foot rollers. My 16 foot aluminum boat has 4 50hp's on the back.
