I guess the cooler water has moved the larger crappie to brush piles this week. Larger ones have started to show up over and around brush in water 15 to 20 feet deep fishing 6 to 12 feet down. A litte flip out and let it swim back to verticle produced the larger ones. Do not know if color really made a difference, used blue/white and solid chart even tried black and pink just to see and it got bit as well, but not as good as blue/white. Limited in 3 hours on 4 brush piles fishing points. There is very little boat traffic during the week, which is when I fish. RS
