Let's hear'em. What is your favorite pattern for fall? Mine is strolling the creek channels w/half Kentucky rig(minnows) moving slow. I'll start in the back of coves working my way to deeper water following the creek channel edges.

Same pattern that I fish year-round.....brushpiles and standing timber, just different depths. I love the fall bite, it's my favorite time to crappie fish!!!

Try hitting defined points with deep water or inlines and or creek channels like Jerry has posted before on another thread. Its important you know where the shad are on the lake. Like most fish in the winter time if you find the shad and baitfish you will indeed find crappie close by.
