I have never been to Lewisville lake and wanted to give the hybrid/sandbass action a shot. Could anyone give me a good ramp to launch at on the west side of the lake that is open by 5-6am. I'm coming from the Keller area. Thanks for any help.

Lake Park isn't open that early. Try Tower Bay or Arrowhead.

Arrowhead - Probably quite busy on the weekend though.

Tower Bay is a good ramp open 24-7. As noted, be sure to put your $10 in the box, place the pass on the dash and do not park on or over the lines in the lot. The park ranger will right you up if you're over the parking stripes. I'm sure there are a couple of guys on there that have gotten a post-it note or two from him. Someone else I spoke with got a ticket because their yearly pass sticker wasn't in the correct spot on their windshield.

Thanks for all the help thumb . I went to Arrowhead this morning and had a blast catching sandies and one nice hybrid. Took me a while to figure out where they were schooling. I'll try Tower Bay next time. Definitely worth another trip soon.
