Liquid dish washer soap and a power washer.

And you'd be surprised how well a do-it-yourself car wash does. Use the high pressure w/soap until it comes clean then switch to high pressure water to wash away the suds. Not exactly gentle, but it is effective. Just try to avoid spraying wiring or controls.
