Ok guys what is the dream on the FLY? I was bored this morning watching some youtube and saw some giant fish landed on the fly, wild browns, rainbows, LMBs so what is it for you?
Mine is a brook maybe 6 or 7lbs but instead of me catching it I am "guiding" my son in Montana on a stream in the middle of a field.
So let me hear from ya!

My dream would probably be nothing to brag about -- just going back to the first place I ever learned to flyfish and run with it - Gunnison, Co, nothing bad could ever happen to make me less content. An Kiera Knightley poling the boat would suffice also!

Wow, how often is the fish wilder looking than the fly? I'm throwing my vote in with BAB on that one, but my dream trip is to fly directly to the river so as to not be taken hostage by "freedom fighters" while en route. In fact, I'll be fishing off of the bow of the river patrol boat from Apocalypse Now. Never get off the boat.

Not sure if you could get a gator gar to eat a fly but that would be quite a rush!
