I believe there's a store that sells bait just on the North end of the dam. I have never bought any there, but I think they do. Good luck to ya.

There is one on Northwest Hwy between Dove and Main St. It is a gas station.

There is a store that is across from Rockledge Park that sells some. Also, Mac's on the corner of buis. 114 and 26 (citgo station).
