Dad called this morning with a good report from Moss....He fished for an hour and a half and brought back eight crappie, a sandy, and catfish, losing a few as well. All were caugh on minnows. He also missed a bass that he thinks was 10+. He said it didn't really do anything til it got to the surface then decided it was time to go back down and very quickly straightened the swivel. Most were caught on the trees that are on the north side of the dam, but a couple were caught just south of the spillway...He said it was a pretty steady morning, no lulls til right at the end. We'll have more reports at the end of the week!

After a fun morning at the 'Vine, dad and I came on home and hit Moss with great success...We were only on the lake for a couple of hours, but hit our two hotspots, catching 25 crappie...2 of them hit the pound mark which we were amazed by. Heading out right now so should have a report at lunch on the bass.

Bass were a little slow this morning...only caught a few dinks...still have some pretty good luck with the crappie, though not as big this morning, only brought back seven keepers...
