Dta - Here you go http://www.nightstalkerguideservice.com/Yes, it has always been legal, except for this coming November, it is not allowed. Some don't know or can't offer a favorable response. Hope you have a great time. If you need one for the Upper Coast around the Galveston area, there's a really good one there as well.

just remember the ones that look like flounder but have the long skinny tail, really aren't flounder, lol
