Not looking for secret spots, but can anybody point me to a few spots I can take my dad?? He loves crappie fishing.....and are the crappie more into jigs or minnows on the 'Vine?? thanks!!

If you live in Gainesville and have a boat, why not go to Moss Lake?? It's a ton closer to you and is not nearly as hard to fish as
Grapevine.

If you guys go out during the afternoon, make sure and drink 2,398 water bottles. Fished Monday and am still recovering from the heat. bang

i'll forgive you if you tell me where to find some crappie...lol..we will fish Moss, always do, but we have wanted to try Grapevine for 2 yrs....boat broke down last year so we've been looking forward to this....know where to look for sandies and bass, just need to know about crappie now...also where can we clean fish...is there a cleaning station at the ramps???
