I can't speak from personal experience but my tourney partner always said basscats at least used to be the worst he had rode in.

My roughest ride ever was in a Bass Cat. However, that was in 3 foot seas at 50 mph with a crazy driver. I know they are good rough water boats but he just about broke my neck and back with all the pounding. The driver really makes the difference in modern high end bass boats regardless of brand.

My 19'6" Nitro rides so bad it got nicknamed Ol' Spinecrusher. I thought at 1st it was me but now after 11 years and a bunch of different drivers I can pretty well say with all confidence that it is the boat. The only boat I've been in and driven that was as bad is the old 300 series Rangers. Not only will they crush your spine but they drown you while doing it.

I had a 79 Ranger 372 that would give you a good spine crushing and throw in a good bath/shower at no additional fee!!!!!!!

Probably more related to how the driver drives the boat. But in the high winds they all ride rough.

My old Ranger 330V would be first. Then 18' Laser running under 40 MPH.
