I have a 21 FT Kenner Tunnell Hull with a 96 200 Mercury. I am needing to purchase a new prop and the pitch and everything isn't printed on the prop that is on it. Need some help chosing the right prop. Any Help?

i'm not a tunnel hull expert like Pat Goff is.

however i do know most of them run a 4 blade prop.

depending on the weight of your boat, a 21 or 23p 4 blade should work fine.

either a trophy or txp will be good for ya.

Powertech makes a dandy tunnel four blade, it's really tough, and will run on a wet sponge..

My feeble monday morning brain can't remember the exact blade number, it's listed as their flats cup. You'll need an 17, with large 3/8" vents. Should give you a nosebleed holeshot and run at the top of your plate without issue.

There you go, call Steve and get one.

I like the PT for a lot of reasons, the one that most don't think about is, they are a tough prop, made to grind through sand, shell and mud. It won't be the fastest, but for me and most fishing the shallowest you can in the bay, it's all about the holeshot and carrying a load of buddies into the gunk...and out again.
