The 1st Annual GG Tourney is behind us. It was a tough day on the lake. Hot and windy. Fish didn't want to cooperate. Ended up with 11 teams for this one. Had several cancel @ the last minute. Thanks to all of you who fished. Thanks to Ed @ proangler, Matthew of Jigum Jigs and Jaydon from Finnytribe for the goodies you donated for the raffle.  Here are the top finishers: 1st place - McClung/Woods 5.156 lbs 2nd place - Stabler/Stabler 5.094 lbs 3rd place - Danek/Danek 4.82 lbs 4th place - Marak/Baca 4.30 lbs Big Fish - Stabler/Stabler 1.42 lbs Junior Angler Big Fish - Garrett Woods .154 lbs Pics of the crew and winners:  Top 4 teams

Good Tournament, Fishing was tough and the weather could have cooperated a little better but we had a good time. Thanks to Dave and Dee Biester for hosting the tournament and supporting the Junior Anglers. Garrett had a great time....

Young Garrett is quite the angler. He can catch some fish. Not only crappie but some big whites/lmb and cats. Thanks for the kind words Reggie, Randy and Rick. You're right this is what it is all about. Look @ the smile on this young mans face. He was so proud he is taking his winnings for show and tell as soon as he returns to school. Kudos to Sharecropper and his wife for raising such a fine young man. I would like to challenge you all on the TFF to take a child fishing. It is priceless. Thanks again for all the support. Congrats to all!! Pretty rough on the ol'duckpond that day? With the wind, Low water conditions, heat, and lack of cooperation of the fish it was a tough day! (At least it was for me)
