I want to say congratulations to Troy Rossman.And I want to say it was great to meet everyone (especially from the forum) that stopped by the BAJ booth,its good to meet the guys that I talk to on the forum all the time.I had a blast,even though I didnt get to fish.

Me and basslikeme fished the Skeeter owners this weekend. We didn't get much money, but still cashed enough to cover entry and rod and had a great time. It was cool to see some of the pros out there and crazy Fish Fishburne. We will be back next year for another crack at the grand prize.
We met a couple of TFFers also at Rainswood. Nice meeting SAMG and wife and slim285 and the other guys.
See ya next year.....

I just bought my Skeeter this year so this was my first Owner's Tourney and I was impressed! They go all out!
Great food and alot of smiling faces and pros!
We had a great fishing day Saturday morning. Within an hour we had around a 27-28lb sack (all slot fish) all on 8lb line! Talk about fun!
We scrapped out a couple decent 15"+ fish, and made the mistake of weighin in the first hour. No check! But still had a good time weighin in! They sure can catch some FAT 15"+ fish!! AMAZING! Talk about FAT HEADS!!
We're already looking foward to next year!

ONE SIDE NOTE - We ate a really good place next to Froggy D's. Sopa Taco! I haven't seen this flatbread in East Texas yet, but it is by far the best. The only place I've had them is at the Grand Canyon. Stop in and grab you a tasty treat next time....you won't be disappointed! It was a great place to cool down before getting on the road.

what a fun tournament...my son Cody won the junior side and was able to get a 3rd place hourly check as well ..500.00 bucks and tons of free merchandise...SKEETER knows how to do it...A FATHERS DAY TO REMEMBER...

Most guys I talked to were throwing football jigs and Deep cranks on pond dams and points.
