Rapala DT Flat Series in the 7 or 9 series should reach the depth you are looking for.

There is an H2O model called the CRM that is the size of a RC 2.5. It is a square bill and gets down to at least 6 feet. It's one of my favorites.

try a 1/4 oz hot lips, cranked very very slowly, it will reach down, bounce rocks, and usually works very well
