If you opened up Mapquest and looked at the intersection of Trinity and Precinct, you'd see a pretty good lake just south of where Bell Helicopter is. (map must be in Aerial Map view) It has been used as a sand pit or something for years. My subdivision is right across Precinct from this lake. I've asked twice for permission to fish it from a float tube and both times they told me "sure, but you're on your own when it comes to the gators." I never took them serious but never called their bluff either.  Glad I didn't take them up on the offer.
