I'm new here and just wanted to post a pic of a knife I made a month or so ago. It was a fillet knife but I used 1/8" thick ATS34 stainless steel and does not flex at all. So the guy I sold it too says it slices up baby back ribs very well so I was happy that he was happy. Let me know what yall think.
