Fished last Fri/Sat (skipped the tourny) good thing. Only managed 10 whites both days. Few slabbing greenville ps in the evening, 8 trolling on sat. Never found shallow fish, everthing 28-30ft. No hyb/strp.

The fish heard there was going to be a tourney....Waco Bay, off the end of points is producing.

we are consistently finding sandies in 13-16 feet of water on humps from greenville pump- humps off finger point and the first three points west of start of waco bay on the north side of the bay
Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

Lots of SB! I haven't done it in years but we grew up doing it. The more lights you have the better. I like one that sink down about 5 ft. Get you a new battery just for the lights. It will last about 3 to 5 hrs. Then recharge it when you get in for the next night. If the wind is up be safe I had storms come in on us a few times. So if the wind get up get off the water fast! You might catch afew hybrids but not alot.

FISHED THIS SATURDAY AFTERNOON AT SUN POINT FROM 4-10 PM . FILLED UP THE COOLER WITH MAGNUM SANDIES OFF GOLD SLABS, CHARTRUSE HYPER-STRIPER JIGS, AND CHARTRUSE DD-22 CRANKBAITS. SEVERAL UNDER STRIPERS & HYBRIDS, WITH ONLY A FEW KEEPERS. LOTS OF FUN.
