So this thing has sat in my garage for a LONG time without getting any attention. Life has gotten in the way if you know what I mean. Finally, my father-in-law and I got to put a few hours in this weekend. We built the frame for the console and mounted the throttle box.
Next step is to cover in plywood, brace properly to handle the torque of the steering wheel, and mount the steering mechanism. Hopefully I can be on the water with in the next month or so...

All fish are caught and released...some in the water and some in the grease.

Well that was kind of a jerk thing to say. You don't know that my wife is P and I've got more important things to spend my time and money on. You don't know that I've had to pay the deductibles on a new roof and hail damage on my truck this year. Where am I going now? Fishing. Soon. And I'm excited that I get to start on my project again. Thanks for popping my balloon dude.
