What's a reasonable price to get one of these put on my 18-foot center console (including the cost of the bumper)? Just trying to get a general idea of what I need to budget.

Depending on the length you get - $350 to $450 installed.

Thanks -- is it possible to do an install with a segment above the bow eye as well?

You can put an 8' Hambys on it and cut out for the eye bolt. Only problem is on some of the center console the eye bolt is so high up that even with the 8' protector you will not cover the keel properly.
