Found this guys site on ebay - I think someone else had posted it here - just thought I would share. He has 2 ODC 420 that are currently under $100 each - bids closing soon. I just purchased a Uboat-2000 Super Combo from them to have an additional tube for friends to join me - adding to the fleet. Click Here

Are you asking about the Uboat-2000 compared to the FishCat 4?
If so - wait about a week - I should have the new tube in then and can compare.
My main tube is a Fishcat4 - and a Togiak but mainly the FishCat.
I bought the Uboat because it had a good reputation from what I could tell and it was a good price. Adding to the fleet so when I invite people to go I with me I have a tube for them to use.
If you would like to try out a FishCat 4 let me know - I have that and the Togiak so can meet up and let you try it out.
