Went to EM today from 9:30 till 2;00. Hunted from 9:30 till 1:00 and I had 1 fish. All the places fish have been stacked the last three weeks there was nothing today. I decided to check a sharp sloping point that I have not looked at in quite a while. They were there on the slope in 17 to 21 ft .water. All fish caught on a silver ole ugly and spanish fly. Called Bro. Terry and his clients came over and really did well. Action was so fast lost count on clicker . Probally 75 fish. Looking like the summer pattern is close. Terry took some pictures maybe he will post them later. Johnny

Just as I figured, the fish are getting harder to find over there. It appears that you guys have about caught em all. I am lucky that I moved over here so I still have a place to fish.

Way to go Johnny. It was tough for me last week too. You found em tho as always. Great report. Dennis, I go past your lake a lot on the way to the hunting grounds. Always think about you. Last thing I want to do is fish tho. Get plenty of that at home. David www.davesguideservice.net

Well The lake is starting to come back now, fishing was a little slow after Johnny came over and fished a couple years back. but we are starting to catch a few now. Seriously, I caught some nice Crappie this year off my dock in about 6 1/2 ft of water, guess it pays to put a little brush down. Haven't been out too much but did get into a nice bunch of Sandies and some undersize Hybrid other day. but the thing that I haven't seen before is the perch and Blugill up in the shallows with nests all over the place less than a foot of water. It is something to watch.

Hey Dennis you caught all the fish out of Eagle Mountain that is why you had to move to a new lake. Leave some seed fish. Johnny

I'm glad Johnny is out there doing the grunt work for the rest of us. It's a hard and sometimes thankless job but it doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks Johnny.

Karl JS and I will be out in a grey/white Bass Cat chasing LMB's and trying out my new prop. Wave us down Bigbob. Good job S.J. Nothing gets by the Old Ugly. Cheers, Jim
