Anyone Know what the LMB are doing @ JP. Have a tourney in a few weeks and haven't been there in a while. Are they shallow, deep, what r they biting? Any info would help. Thanks.

Most say they are catching them on submerged roadbeds carolina rigging in about 20ft of water. Tank dams are also supposedly good right now with the same technique. I have caught a few recently on spinnerbaits in about 10ft of water near points.
Getting info on Joe Pool is like asking for classified Top Secret documents from the government.
Hope this helps some.
Good colors are the normal watermelon and key lime. Baby bass seems to be productive as well

What tourney are you fishing? If it is open, I may want to join in. I would think the majority of the fish are out on the main lake structure now.

Right now you can catch them shallow & deep. Had 2 overs in 10 min span the other day from structure that was 5-7 ft deep. Two weeks from now your best bet will be deeper water. Find some deeper structure & work it over. Brush hogs on TR or CR work well for me on JP in the summer. A CR baby ring fry also produces well.
