went this morning...lots of dunno how to fish people at the dam, I snagged about a 40 pound paddle and they kept telling me I had a rock...a rock with fins? not much else going on.
I don't really know what to type here.

To become a "Pro", how long does it take to start as an amateur and progress to become a master-baiter?

I call them amateurs cause they throw across 5 peoples lines upstream and drag them all in, then get mad at you cause they think we tangled them! I wanted to go saturday evening...couldn't make it out of the house.

I wanted to go saturday evening...couldn't make it out of the house. HAHAHA Theres a new type of "pro" breeding at the dam nowdays. I witnessed a few when i was out there last sat. The characteristics of those new "pros" are..... 1. You HAVE to where nice tight micheal jackson type gloves instead of taping your finger for casting. 2. You wear knee-high waterproof boots or a wader in dry areas like the texwall 3. When you first get to the dam, you hall a bunch of sh~t including several large empty coolers and 20 surf rods down the ramp ( usually sounds like a herd of cows) 4. You have a special way of reeling in fish which involves walking down slowly and whispering like a little mouse "phitty on. phitty on". usually with a little smartass grin as though everyone else is jeoulus of the 1pnd fish hooked on the line. 5. Last MO is... I'll let you guys fill in the blank on this one.
