Had a good week at Cedar Creek with the parents and grandparents. We were supposed to go Monday morning, but everyone was packed and ready to go. Mom called the guy with the place we rented and we went down Sunday afternoon. Got there and this was the view.

Ran jugs with my kiddo and had fun.

Meet fastguy on the lake Tuesday morning and caught a few sandies and hybrids then the trolling motor broke.
Took the family to the fishery in Athens. Kids had a good time petting the big catfish and seeing the guys clean the tank, and catching a few catfish.

Wednesday my old buddy cellis came down and brought his boat since my trolling motor was broke. We had breakfast that grandma made.grin Headed out to fish about 7:30 or 8 in the morning. Started out not looking good, but my guide turned the fish on. We ended up finding a few docks that were loaded. We had a 2 man limit and back at the dock by 3 pm.thumb

Thursday ended up cruising the lake a bit with the wife and kiddo and just hanging out with the family. Had a fish fry with the crappie that we caught and had a few laughs. It was a very good vacation with the family.thumb

My oldest kept wanting to go down the slide. So the wife turned the water on and told her when you hit the water you will go under but will pop up with the life jacket. She went down the slide and popped up saying no more. Water was about 75 degrees. Still a bit cold for me to go down the slide.eeks
