Well, I posted this before, but never any pix to show what I really meant... Tell me what you all think... This was from yesterday eve. extracted from JP This was the finished product This is part of the finished product smothered in butter and blackened seasoning... Top it off with lots and lots of crumbled SUN CHIPS (any chips would do to your liking) 3 cheese....ahhhh...who doesn't like 3 cheese and lots of it... How bring it up a notch....DRY CRANBERRIES!!!! 400 degree 15mins later...voila`!!! My daughter has one word for all this: "IRRESISTA-BER!!!! and I tend to agree... My work is done here....Lakers/Nuggets time!!!

Interesting for sure. However, I'll just take mine shook in a bag of corn meal and dropped in hot oil, add taters, cole slaw and bush baked beans. That's what makes me happy in the tummy.

I usually like either dry cranberries or pecan...either one is great with it. You can also add a layer for chips below the fillets, then you will end up with kinda like fish cake... BTW..all gone!!...hehehe..

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach
