The water is still about 20 ft or so high. Local Yesterday stated that it's dropping about an inch a day. The water is finally starting to clear out. As for fishing, the stripers are running deep. I trolled for about 2 hours landing 5 small dinks. The crappie are going nuts on the new grass and brush piles. Just watch your depth finder. I was catching mine in about 10 feet of water over some heavy brush piles. They were all less then 2 feet deep. I was looking for some largemouth but never got on any... but when the weather is in the low 80's and there is a cool breeze who cares if you're catching fish... It was a great day on the pond.
