Got on the water around 8 saturday a.m. when i decided the weatherman had missed it and the rained missed us. The north wind was no friend but i managed to catch 2 or 3 - the rest of the day was slow. Sunday I fished the morning caught a couple of smaller fish.

Decided to fish a calm cove and caught a fat 6# - it was so much fun i went home.

The tournament guys and guides really get irritated when i catch their fish - oh well, i'll be back next weekend too.

I'm concerned about your sanity. You caught a six pounder and that was your signal to go home? Now that I think about it, maybe you should be concerned for my sanity. smile

Aren't they supposed to have little name tags on their fish or something? That might help them out.... wink

Mostly they're nice guys although I have had a couple of run-ins with a couple over the years.

I've also had run-ins with a lot more weekend jerks though.
