 HDS software update question

Getting ready to update to the latest version of the software. Does the unit take 2GB cards or do I need to do something smaller. Also, I know that it needs to be a non formatted card but is there anything else that I need to know before I insert the card?

Update is about 310MB so a 1 GB card would should work. I used a 2 GB for my update but that was because they were on sale and cheaper than a 1 GB.

Just make sure you delete everything you have on the card before you download the new stuff. I happen to have a 8GB card handy so I used it.
