Well I am headed to Tawakoni for a 3 day Memorial Day Weekend. Thanks to the guys on here, I have got hooked on fishing for sandys and hybrids. I really enjoy getting into a school and watching the wife and five year old son pull them in. I am still trying to expand my fishing targets. I still fish for large mouth bass occasionally, but spend most of my time on Tawakoni
..so my question is
how do you fish for the large stripers I have been reading about on here. Locations / baits / methods / anything you can give me pointers on would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You are welcome to review my web site listed below --
on Tawakoni the birds usually show the way-- early morning for the big ones usually-- Holiday Humps, in the ditch that runs straight out from the water plant across from Finger Point, and off of Sun point, and Tall Man Reach humps--
Live shad on multiple rods work really well--
They move around a lot -- radio tracking shows some of them move 12 miles per DAY!

Use bigger live baits for the bigger fish...I'm talking 7"-10" shad.
