Steven is my son. He was very excited about getting that fish.
That is his biggest to date. Him and his buddies went down for spring break.
Funny thing though, when he brought it up to get weighed the guy said he would call over someone else, transfer it to the aquarium with a plaque of Steven's name, weight and measurements of the fish since it was the lake record bass.
Once it was weighed etc. the guy told the first guy to put it back in the water(meaning the holding tank)so they could transfer to aquarium, well the guy walked it out and put it back in the lake. Steven was bummed but it is now there for some other kid to catch. Cool article for him to keep though
