does anyone know if there are any in this lake, if so, what general areas hold tilapia. im going to be down there for a week and am interested in how to catch them along with some panfish.

Not sure what areas, but yes, I've heard there's tilapia there..might want to look in the whites and hybrids section

Yes there are plenty of them at fayette they should be on beds right now. (Bow or net)

There are numerous tilapia in Fayette, the majority of the ones I have caught have been along the rip-rap as you are going into the intake.

Yes there are tilapia @ Fayette but it is ILLEGAL to bowfish for them there(LCRA authority and it is posted as such).

thanks yall, i think im gonna try to net some. were in a v bottim john boat so were going to be restricted to where we can fish by the other lake traffic.

Try the intake area of the dam as well
