Talk about not being able to hide your favorite honey holes.... Heard the signal can not be jammed like I found out with my HB unit by folks whom wish to keep their spots from spying eyes... cheers

HuUmm .... now your making me think about waiting to see how the Lowrance StructureScan pans out before i get a Humminbird SI unit. I wish I was one of thier Beta Testers!

no kidding, I have time to wait, nothing is happening for another couple months, so we'll see how they look then. Guess its reading and research time...never owned a lowrance before, but I really dig the arches

It's nice but I do not see any difference between that and a properly tuned HB scan.

Whatever could jam a HB ultrasonic signal could do the same with a Lowrance as well. Jamming means there is some device in the water that sends out a signal on the same frequency to confuse the unit.

Anyway I like competition laugh
