My dad is coming down from KC to do some fishing, and if the black bass aren't biting, I thought we'd try the sandies.
Are they out schooling on the main lake yet? Any updates are appreciated.

They are schooling under birds some but best bet is 30 to 35 feet on humps, points and ridges from Isle du Bois State Park to the mouth of Indian Creek. Catching lots of fish every trip.

I have reports from a buddy who has done well on wind blown points two weeks in a row now. Been pretty easy fishing for him - as I've been told.
