Is the 2001 edition of that book the most recent one?

I think a new addition came out in 2008. It might of been flyfishing the Texas hill country though that was the new edition.

It's more than the catfish would do.

There is a new edition of the Shook book. I have the 2001 and it's awesome. Haven't looked at the new edition but I will say with confidence that it's awesome.

Flyfishing the Texas Hill Country is a different book altogether, focused exclusively on the hill country as the name would imply, with more detailed information about its coverage area than the Shook book will provide. I've flipped through it and it looks... well, you get the idea.

Does anyone know if the new edition is being sold online anywhere?

Kevin Hutchison did the revision to this book and initially he was selling some copies direct. His email is Fishhead@texas.net .

I have both this one and a 2001 copy of Shook's book and I like both of them.

I just thought of something and hope its not a repeat. The Lewisville Nature Center where you can fish the spillway below Lewisville dam?
