Is there such a thing? Not necessarily for mechanical parts, but things such as hardware, locks, etc... maybe even a boarding ladder from an old boat. I want to replace some of my locks, but at $43 apiece, that could add up.

In Austin there is Capt. Mac's marina. But he is flaky like a box of Post Toasties and I wouldn't buy anything from him.
