If so, how was it? What's the bed situation like (two small beds or one big bed)? I tried talking to the lady there but she couldn't speak english very well and couldn't understand me. Thanks

I have stayed there before, good, clean rooms.

The rooms had two beds, small table and chairs, good a/c. No t.v.'s or phones.

For the price not bad!

I had reservations once but cancelled, it was a little too "no frills" for me -- like no tv.

It is very basic and also very inexpensive. Also it is very close to the State Park.

Sounds like what i'm looking for. Just somewhere to take a shower and crash. I'm guessing no fridge/microwave though?

We stay there all the time. Clean, owners are awesome, and very close to the dam ramp. No frills, and the big pavilion has a cool view with everything to hang out, cook, etc.

Way I look at it, who goes to Falcon to watch TV?

We have stayed there every time when we go nice place clean and good people. The 40.00 a night is cash only they have an outdoor kitchen with a very nice cover the rooms have 2 beds frig micro and cold AC along with plenty of hot water for the shower. Carlos is a guide there and he is very good at helping guys out that are haveing a hard time just ask that's all you have to do. I have never had a problem there and will stay there when we go back every year. Forgot if you want a TV for night time take a portable DVD player but your kids might get mad LOL!!!!

It's nice and clean. No Frills. Our room had 2 beds nice tile floors and tile bathrooms. Our room didn't have a frig. but some of the other rooms did. Best of all the covered Pavalion is nice to cook and have group eatings/dominos/cards etc... (Take your own wood if you can though.) It has a nice grill/oven and stove's and lots of room.
It's really good if you want to fish the south end of the lake. You can put in at the State Park.

Did you have to worry about theft? Or did you take everything inside?

For sure take everything inside. Right by a road and not the nicest of areas. Not as secure as the state park.

Son and I stayed there last December. It's fine for a no frills room. We took a 9" TV, Xbox 360, and a bunch of movies for entertainment.

Brought the rods in every night, put every thing else away, and tarped the boat. No problems.

Have stayed here at least 5 times a year for the last 3 years. Never had anything messed with in or on my boat... Carlos has about 20 rods and reels on his boat or outside by his boat and no one ever messes with them.... Take my own TV with DVD's and after fishing all day go back cook out eat sit around with the other people staying there and visit. Best place to stay as far as I am concerned.... Never stay anywhere else.

We stayed there in March of this year. We took everything inside at night and had no problems at all. Our room had 3 beds, fridge, micro, and TV. We paid a little more though $65.00 a night. I'd stay there again in a heart beat.
